MY OPINION:


I did not think a very complicated diet to follow, although not eat meat and the bread I make a huge missing, I was good with my little egg scrambled with cheese. Indeed, the passion for cheese that makes me keep fit during the diet.

3) I lost weight 6 kg in 15 days, even eating carbohydrate on Saturday and Sunday. During the week, when made you want to eat sweet, I put on a low-fat yogurt, light and natural mid-afternoon, believe me, super help!
